Shipping
We provide both open and closed carriers for your vehicle transportation needs. Our carriers are equipped with the latest technology to ensure the safe transportation of your vehicle. We have a team of experienced drivers who will ensure that your vehicle reaches its destination safely and on time.
Our carriers travel approximately 210 km per day. In some cases, our car carriers may not be able to travel to certain locations. In such situations, we will employ skilled drivers to road-drive the vehicle. The distance in such cases may be up to 250 to 300 km.
Door Pickup and Door Delivery will be done by a local driver and transit time from pickup to delivery point within india will be a maximum of 45 days from the pickup date.
Delivery
Once your vehicle reaches its destination, we will get it unloaded and delivered to your doorstep. Our team will keep you updated throughout the shipping process and will provide you with an estimated delivery date. We understand that delays can be frustrating, which is why we always strive to deliver your vehicle on time.
Risk Coverage
At Carbikemovers, We provide transit risk coverage by an authorised insurance company or at carrier risk at an additional cost. It cover damages that may occur during transit. The coverage and claim will be strictly as per Insurance company clauses. In case if client opted for risk coverage @ carrier risk, no separate copy of the insurance policy will be issued to individual clients. The premium for risk coverage will be calculated separately upon invoicing at a maximum of 3% of the insurance declared value.
In cases where no insurance-declared value is available, a minimum premium will be charged depending on the conditions and age of the consignment.
Regarding claims, claims will only be settled if the damage is reported at the time of taking the delivery, along with photos. No claims will be entertained once the driver has left the delivery location.

Fuel Requirements
To ensure smooth pickup and delivery, we require a minimum of 15 litres of fuel to be present in the car during pickup. This fuel will be used for door pickup, door delivery, loading, and unloading in the cargo container. For door-to-door pickup and delivery, the road travelling distance may total up to 140 km, and this will consume around 14 to 15 litres of fuel. It is the client’s responsibility to provide the required fuel at the time of pickup.
